How many rooms are there at The Crawford?
                The Crawford Hotel has 112 beautiful rooms.

What time is Check In and Check Out?
                Check In time at The Crawford is 4pm and Check Out is 11am.

What do I need in order to check in?
                All guests will need a credit card and valid form of ID to check in.

Where do I check in?
The Crawford Front Desk is located inside Denver Union Station on the north end of the Great Hall.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received by 4pm MST 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival to avoid the fee of one night's room and tax.

I need to make changes to my reservation. Who should I contact?
If you made your reservation through a third party (Expedia, HotelTonight, etc.) you will need to contact the booking agent/website that you went through in order to make any changes. If you booked through The Crawford’s website, or made your reservation by calling the hotel, please contact a reservations agent at 844.432.9374.

Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?
Yes, we offer accessible rooms. To reserve an accessible room, please email or call 720.460.3924.

Does the hotel allow smoking?
The Crawford Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $500 per night fee will be applied if smoking is detected.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes! The Crawford hotel would love to welcome your dog. There is a $50 per night pet clean-up fee. Unfortunately your other furry friends will have to stay home, as we currently only allow dogs up to 60 pounds. These restrictions do not apply to service animals.

I’m coming from the Airport, what is the best way to get to the hotel?
There are a few options. We recommend taking the University of Colorado A Line, as it drops you off directly behind the hotel. If you are driving please visit our Directions page for information on to get to the hotel from Denver International Airport. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are also reliable modes of transportation from the hotel. Need help signing up for Uber? Trained staff at Union Station would be happy to assist. They can even order one for you and charge it to your room!

Is parking available at the hotel?
We provide valet parking available at the front entrance of Union Station located on Wynkoop and 17th. Overnight parking is $45 per vehicle.
Do you have a house car?
The Crawford Hotel is happy to offer you a ride within two miles of the hotel with our courtesy Tesla. The courtesy car is available from 7am to 11pm, Sunday through Thursday and 8am to 12am, Friday and Saturday.

What is there to do in the area?
The Crawford Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the LoDo (lower downtown) neighborhood. More specifically the hotel can be found inside Denver Union Station a hub of transportation, shopping and dining. Interested in learning more? Is The Crawford an historic hotel?
The hotel was built in 2014, but the building in which we are located was first built in 1881. The renovation kept many of the historic features of the building intact, several of which are currently on display. Want to learn more? Hotel Amenities

What is the Destination Amenity Fee?
The Destination Amenity Fee is $20 per night and is your ticket to the shops and restaurants at Union Station. It includes a small drip coffee at the Pigtrain Coffee Shop, a scoop of ice cream at the Milkbox Ice Creamery and a craft beer from Terminal Bar during their happy hour from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. It also includes a discount at many of the outlets inside the station and rides within two miles of the hotel in our courtesy Tesla.

Are there other amenities that I can have delivered to my room?
Yes. We would be happy to provide you with additional amenities to make your stay extra special. We offer a variety of options such as floral arrangements, champagne, cookies and milk, a charcuterie board from Mercantile Dining and Provisions, and many others. If you are interested please reach out to our concierge team at and they will be happy to assist.

Does The Crawford Hotel provide room service?
Yes, The Crawford has the unique opportunity to serve room service from two restaurants in Union Station. We serve Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, starting at 7am and Next Door American Eatery until 10pm. Both can be ordered through the in room iPad.
