Guests of The Crawford can inquire about a lost item by filling out our lost and found form here. If you have lost an item in The Terminal Bar, please email [email protected]. If you have lost an item in The Cooper Lounge, please email [email protected]. ​​The Crawford Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A fee of $500 per night will be applied if smoking is detected.

All photo shoots of Denver Union Station must be approved at least five business days in advance of the shoot. If you’re interested in photographing within Denver Union Station, please fill out a Permission To Film Request Form and submit it to [email protected] for approval. If you’re looking to photograph solely within The Crawford Hotel, please reach out to [email protected]. Photography at Denver Union Station is permitted Sunday through Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Yes! The Crawford Hotel welcomes dogs up to 60 lbs. Let us know prior to check-in that you are traveling with a pet and we will fill your room with thoughtful dog-friendly amenities. A $50/night pet clean-up fee applies to pet-friendly bookings. Service animals are always welcome to stay at The Crawford Hotel at no additional charge.

Reservations and Check In

The Crawford Hotel is located inside Denver Union Station at 1701 Wynkoop Street, Denver CO, 80202.

If you booked through The Crawford Hotel website or made your reservation by calling our hotel directly, please contact one of our reservations agents at 844-432-9374. If you made your reservation through a third-party booking service such as Expedia, HotelTonight, etc., you will need to contact the third-party booking agent directly in order to make any changes.

Reservations may be canceled up to 4:00 pm MST, two days (48 hours) prior to arrival to avoid the fee of one night’s room and tax. Please note that advance purchase rates are non-refundable at the time of booking.

Our front desk is located in The Crawford Parlour, a dedicated hotel lobby space with private elevator access, located just off of Denver Union Station’s Great Hall Central.

Upon arrival, all guests will need a credit card and a valid form of ID in order to check in.

Check-in time at The Crawford Hotel is from 4:00 pm onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 am. Accommodations for an early check-in or late check-out time can be made upon availability.

Yes. We would be happy to provide you with additional amenities to make your stay extra special. We offer a variety of options such as floral arrangements, champagne, cookies and milk, a charcuterie board from Mercantile Dining and Provisions, and many others. The Crawford Hotel offers a collection of 112 rooms, lofts, and suites that celebrate Denver’s living history through vintage-inspired design and contemporary comfort. Group rates are available for attendees of your event; to inquire, submit an RFP.

Transportation

There are a few ways to get to The Crawford from Denver International Airport. We recommend taking the RTD-Denver University of Colorado A Line, as it drops you off directly behind the hotel. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are also reliable modes of transportation to and from the hotel. If you need help signing up for Uber, our trained staff at Union Station would be happy to assist—they can even order one for you and charge it to your room!

Looking to explore the city on two wheels? Denver’s Shared Micromobility Program offers convenient bicycle, e-bike, and electric scooter rentals. Both Lime and Lyft operate e-bikes and electric scooters that can be rented via their mobile apps. City rules for e-scooters and e-bikes are the same as those for bicycles: riders must stay in designated bike lanes or on the right-most side of the road when no bike lane is available. Note that e-scooters are prohibited along the 16th Street Mall.

Explore with ease and take advantage of seamless access to RTD-Denver’s Light Rail system, with the A-Line located just outside our doors. This convenient service operates 365 days a year, with more than one hundred miles of track along the city’s North, East, Southeast, Southwest, and West rail corridors, and seven lines connecting right here in Denver Union Station. The system is divided into four fare zones: A, B, C, and Airport, with fares varying from $2.75 to $10 depending on how far you travel.

The Crawford Hotel is pleased to offer guests a courtesy transportation service to destinations within a two-mile radius of the hotel. This complimentary service is available Thursday through Sunday from 7:00am to 11:00pm. To book our courtesy car service, kindly let our front desk agents know and they will be happy to assist you, or call 720-466-9110 to make your reservation.

Enjoy convenient Light Rail service that takes you directly from Denver International Airport to Denver Union Station at a cost of just $10. The 23-mile journey on the A-Line has six stops between the airport and Station, with a travel time of approximately 37 minutes. Follow the iconic neon “Travel by Train” sign right to our front desk, or contact our team before arrival so we can greet you and escort you to our lobby on the North West side of the Great Hall.

Denver is served by a number of popular rideshare and ride-hailing apps, including Uber and Lyft, that make it easier than ever to explore all that the city has to offer. Request a ride with the touch of a button, or have our front desk staff arrange to book it for you and charge it to your room. You’ll find dedicated rideshare and taxi lanes are conveniently located directly in front of Denver Union Station, just off Wynkoop Street.

Renovations

Denver Union Station is currently undergoing an invigorating refresh that honors its position as a thriving transit hub and downtown cultural destination. While temporary walls flank our working sites, the businesses that fill our great landmark are open and ready to serve you throughout our renovation. During your stay with us, southside doors located adjacent to the train station platform will be closed for the duration of our extensive refresh. Signs will be located outside of and throughout the building to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We unveiled our new guest rooms in April 2024. Denver Union Station’s Great Hall, Cooper Lounge, and 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space will be reinvigorated by May 2024.

The newly revitalized Crawford Hotel offers remodeled guest rooms, a luxury arrival experience, and private elevator access to guest floors, in commemoration of our hotel’s 10th anniversary.

Inspired by the journey and in tandem with the extensive refresh of Denver Union Station, The Crawford Hotel commemorates its 10th anniversary with an elevated revitalization.

Our hotel first opened in 2014, located within the converted upper floors of Union Station, a historic Denver landmark that dates back to 1881.
