Updates During COVID-19

We are closely monitoring all COVID-19 updates and adhering to the guidelines that are set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), City of Denver, and the State of Colorado.

In compliance with the CDC, State of Colorado, and City of Denver guidelines, fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a mask inside of The Crawford Hotel and Denver Union Station.

The health and safety of our guests and team members remain our top priority. Our current initiatives include, but are not limited to:

Public Areas
• Updated cleanliness procedures have been implemented throughout the property, including the Great Hall, courtesy car, elevators, guest floors, and all private staff areas

• Installed hand sanitizer stations throughout public areas, including the Great Hall

• Contactless ID and credit card terminals are used during the check-in and check-out experience

• Installed glass partitions at merchant checkout points to limit direct contact

Guest Rooms

• Masks and gloves are available to all guests by request

• Following contactless procedures, amenity deliveries will be scheduled and left outside guest rooms

• Guests may choose to easily communicate electronically from their guest room with an in-room iPad, which is thoroughly sanitized between each stay

• To limit the number of people entering guest rooms, we will not be performing stay over housekeeping services unless requested

The Crawford Team

• All associates, including Housekeeping, wear the appropriate personal protective equipment, including face masks and disposable gloves

• All associates will practice social distancing with other employees and guests at all times
