Opened in 2014 in Denver’s historic Union Station, Mercantile Dining & Provision is the second restaurant from James Beard Award-winning Chef Alex Seidel. The restaurant celebrates the craftsmanship of local farmers, producers, and purveyors, brought to life through the skill and passion of our team. Mercantile offers seasonal American cuisine with modern interpretations of classic comfort dishes and is open for lunch and dinner, Monday through Saturday.
